You must check your log card for detail via One Motoring to determine the speed limit before you make the purchase for the sticker or magnet.
Yes, we can, but we do not hold any responsible if you receive any fine or fail your vehicle inspection, as colouring the speed limits mark is considered following the standard set out by the authorities. Additional charges are required for colour that is not standard (Black & White or Black Yellow)
No, we do not provide a pasting service. It is not very hard to paste. Here are the steps: 1. Remove existing if there is any. 2. Clean the surface; ensure there is no dirt and it is smooth to paste. 3. Spray some soapy water on the surface and the adhesive side of the sticker after peeling off. 4. Paste and adjust the sticker to your liking and gently squeeze the excess air and water between the sticker and the surface with a Scraper / Squeegee. 5. Let it dry, and you are done. Scraper / Squeegee can be bought at $1 on our website with your side markings order. If not, you can also use a card but be extra careful with the surface as it's not anti scratches.
Our customers have expressed their satisfaction with their purchase from us, as we haven't received any complaints. You can trust us to provide a high-quality product that meets your needs. Our magnet sheets and strips are typically coated with a protective layer of black epoxy. This coating serves two purposes: it safeguards the magnet from environmental factors and gives it a polished look. The strips are engineered to meet high tolerance and density requirements, ensuring consistent application performance. We highly recommend that customers regularly inspect their magnets by removing them and checking for any signs of water damage. If any water is found, it should be dried up immediately. Additionally, if there is any magnet sheet or strip damage, we suggest ordering a new pair to avoid stains or rust buildup.
No. Only certain goods vehicles (lorries) are required to operate with a 60 km/h speed limiter, depending on their Maximum Laden Weight (MLW) and registration date. Vehicles affected are mainly lorries 3,501 kg to 12,000 kg MLW, plus very heavy goods vehicles above 12,000 kg (already mandated previously). Light commercial vehicles (below 3,500 kg MLW) are not part of the speed-limiter rollout and may follow different speed limits.
No. The official “speed-limiter label” (certificate) required by law is issued only by authorised agents after they install and certify the speed limiter. (This is to display on the front windscreen of the vehicle.) We does not issue official labels or certificate as we do not install speed limiters. This product is a generic display sticker to paste and display on the back of the vehicle so it is a visible reminder or marking on their vehicles that is is a 60km/h.
Many companies choose to display a visible 60 km/h indicator on the exterior or interior of their vehicles as a reminder to drivers or as part of their internal fleet-management safety practices. However: Only the windscreen label issued by an authorised agent is recognised for enforcement and inspection. Our sticker helps with driver awareness, fleet uniformity, and visual communication, but is not a regulatory substitute.
No. We do not provide the certificate label that is use to display on the front windscreen. This sticker is a simple informational sticker designed for clear visibility for other road users and it is paste and display on the back of the vehicle.
For anything related to: whether your vehicle requires a speed limiter - your compliance deadline - official label requirements - installation and calibration - penalties or enforcement Please contact: - Singapore Police Force – Traffic Police - Land Transport Authority (LTA) - or a certified Authorised Agent. Davis Materialworks does not provide legal advice and does not install limiters.
These stickers are visual indicators used by companies to remind drivers of the speed limits applicable to their vehicles. - 60 km/h is commonly used for lorries that fall under the new speed-limiter regulations. - 70 km/h stickers are sometimes used by vehicles that are not restricted to the 60 km/h limiter. Note: Both sticker we sell are informational stickers, not legal certificates.
Under current regulations, many goods vehicles (lorries) with MLW between 3,501 kg and 12,000 kg must be fitted with a 60 km/h speed limiter based on their registration date. Only these vehicles, once fitted with a limiter, are legally required to obey the 60 km/h restriction. For exact requirements, please check with Traffic Police (TP) or Land Transport Authority (LTA).
Yes, some companies continue to use 70 km/h stickers for: - lighter commercial vehicles outside the 60 km/h speed-limiter category - fleet-safety reminders - internal policy compliance However, 70 km/h is NOT part of the new speed-limiter regulation.
This usually depends on: - whether they fall under the new 60 km/h speed-limiter regulation - company SOPs for safety - driver-awareness practices The sticker itself does not determine the legal category.
