We have a materials sample at our office; you can make an appointment to view it. We also provide a preview of the visual artwork before production. Actual sample production is available upon request, although this is contingent on the size of the order, and the actual sample incurs a charge. It provides an excellent opportunity to assess embroidery quality and make any adjustments prior to proceeding with a larger order.

We do not embroider on materials or products you provide. You must purchase from our selection, which includes tablecloths, apparel, and more. If you’re unsure about what’s available, please ask us!

To have your design embroidered, send us your file in a vector format such as Illustrator AI, EPS, or SVG, and ensure it’s in CMYK colour mode. We’ll then provide you with a preview of the artwork for you to confirm before we proceed with production.

Order quantities depend on the product and design complexity. We can produce as few as 1 to 10 pieces for flags or tablecloths. However, please note that low quantities will cost more per unit. We’re not the cheapest, but our pricing is fair for the quality and service we deliver.

Yes, we provide fully customised embroidery services. You can supply your logo, emblem, or artwork—or engage us to create your design. Artwork must be supplied in vector format (AI, EPS, or SVG) and in CMYK colour mode. If you don’t possess a suitable file, we can create or trace one for you, with an additional artwork charge based on the complexity of the design.

We recommend providing brand guidelines or CMYK colour codes to ensure optimal colour accuracy. Upon request, we can supply a visual mock-up or a chargeable stitched sample for approval before full production. Please note: stitched samples are subject to order size and may not be available for smaller quantities. Also, due to thread and fabric limitations, there is a print tolerance of approximately 90–95% colour accuracy.

Yes, we can handle large-scale orders and accommodate tight deadlines when needed. Depending on our current production capacity, rush services may be available. Please share your deadline in advance. Note: express orders may incur additional charges.
