Yes, we can, in fact, we did have our Luxury Jewellery Showcase installed in Genting Dream Cruise.
Yes, you can rent it for more than 5 days, and we have a different rental rate for more days.
No, we do not allow it. Transporting these showcases requires experience, supervision and responsibilities.
No, the rental price is up to 5 days.
Yes, the display glass portion is lockable. The bottom portion is not lockable; there is space to store boxes or temporary goods. We suggest you bring a lockable suitcase to keep valuable goods.
If you require carpet installation, we can provide this service to you. However, please note that this is an additional service, and you must inform us in advance. We will require the following information from you: 1. Permission from the management to exhibit and the exhibition's duration. 2. The expected setup and dismantle time. 3. The material and colour of the carpet.
For this model, customer can temporarily store their goods or packaging in the storage space below for this model. There is no lockable storage for standard rentals. If you need solutions for lockage storage, it can be arranged in advance. Note: we do not recommend that customers place goods there overnight as it is not a common practice for exhibitors to leave expensive things at any exhibit venue, considering the security can be challenging.
No, we do not encourage you to move from one location to another by yourself to avoid miscommunication or accidents unnecessarily. We strongly advise against moving the showcase you rent for that location, even if you have an ample workforce.
No, we do not allow reservations. Showcases are only blocked once the order is confirmed.
Currently, we cannot provide that many showcases as our products are tailored for luxury items. However, with adequate lead time and agreement on costs and design, we may be able to accommodate your needs. Alternatively, you may consider custom-making showcases to better fit your event's theme and requirements.
Yes, we can provide alarm devices to secure the showcase. If you require professional security to monitor the showcase, we can arrange this service, especially for displaying high-value items requiring additional protection. Please note that this additional service incurs a charge, and we kindly ask that you inform us in advance, along with your rental order, to ensure proper arrangements can be made.
