No, we do not accept customer-supplied materials. All printing is done on our in-house, quality-tested acrylic to ensure consistency and optimal results.
We prefer vector files in AI, EPS, or SVG formats set in CMYK colour mode. Flattened images like JPG, PNG, or PSD are accepted but may have colour accuracy issues; if they are in RGB, please convert them to CMYK.
We can print on acrylic sheets with a thickness ranging from 2mm to 20mm, which represents the standard sizes and accommodates various project requirements. If you require thicker acrylic, please contact us to discuss.
Provide the intended outdoor location and exposure conditions for review. Suitability is confirmed for the selected acrylic, print and finish before production.
No, we don’t print on materials provided by customers. We use our acrylic to ensure print quality and process compatibility.
Regrettably, we do not accept custom-shaped or pre-cut acrylic. All pieces are sourced and prepared in-house.
